About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our HR Solutions team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and manage the product vision and strategy in partnership with HR IT stakeholders for the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Change Management and Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive the adoption of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Project and Enhancement Management: Manage the project and enhancement backlog, prioritizing based on business needs.
  • System Configuration and Implementation: Lead system configuration projects, including discovery meetings, user story creation, workflow diagrams, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Business Analysis: Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Perform vendor management activities, including contract management and critical issue resolution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with team members, partners, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Release Management: Support release management activities, including reviewing release summaries and readiness documents from solution vendors.
  • ServiceNow Upgrades: Support ServiceNow upgrades, review pending updates, and lead testing for system upgrades.
  • Data Interfaces and Systems Integrations: Partner with technology teams and third-party consultants to develop and deploy data interfaces and systems integrations.
  • HR Portal Management: Manage the dynamic personalization of the HR portal for multiple employee personas to provide relevant content.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management or technology configurations.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, including case management, knowledge base management, and portal management.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred.
  • Experience with various development methodologies for complex SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR processes, preferably with HR operations/shared services.
  • Education with a concentration in human resources, operations, information technology, or a related discipline required.
  • Experience in developing and delivering content.
