We are currently looking for a proficient SailPoint Technical Support Analyst for a remote contract-to-hire position. This role is essential in delivering advanced helpdesk assistance, particularly in the realm of SailPoint administration and implementation. As the organization transitions from a legacy IAM system to SailPoint, your expertise will be vital in facilitating this migration process. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier III and Tier IV support for SailPoint, resolving intricate issues related to its administration and implementation.
  • Work in conjunction with the cybersecurity support team to guarantee seamless operations throughout the transition.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Assist in the gradual migration to SailPoint, alternating between supporting the legacy IAM system and SailPoint as required.
  • Provide desktop user support during the migration, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in SailPoint administration and implementation, with a strong emphasis on support roles.
  • Comfortable providing specialized helpdesk support, particularly in Tier III and Tier IV capacities.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and support management.
  • Ability to adapt and shift focus as the migration progresses through various phases.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
