About the Role:
LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Support Specialist to join our team. As a SailPoint Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the migration of our client's Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to SailPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier III and Tier IV support for SailPoint, addressing complex issues related to administration and implementation.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity support team to ensure smooth operations during the transition.
- Handle and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in the phased migration to SailPoint, with work shifting between supporting the old IAM system and SailPoint as needed.
- Support desktop users during the migration, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SailPoint administration and implementation, with a strong focus on support roles.
- Comfortable providing specialized helpdesk support, particularly in a Tier III and Tier IV capacity.
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and support management.
- Ability to adapt and shift focus as the migration progresses through different phases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
