We are in search of a highly proficient and meticulous Consulting Product Analyst focusing on privileged access management (PAM) to enhance our team.

In the role of Consulting Product Analyst - Privileged Access Management, you will play a crucial role in advancing our identity governance and administration (IGA) product functionalities concerning privileged access management. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, developers, information protection specialists, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass product analysis and program management, collaborating closely with stakeholders to oversee deliverables and prioritize enhancements to the PAM product.

The Consulting Product Analyst will interpret and assess extensive, intricate, and distributed guidelines and documentation related to the Privileged Access Management (PAM) system. By fostering strong relationships with business partners and solution users, you will continuously deepen your understanding of how business owners utilize PAM solutions.

This individual will collaborate effectively to operate and support the privileged access management solutions and processes that fulfill organizational requirements. A high degree of self-motivation, along with exceptional communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills, is essential. The Consulting Product Analyst will also engage closely with peers in the Information Protection and Security (IPS) department to evaluate processes and procedures that align with HCA's cybersecurity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document a comprehensive list of manual or automated processes and functions within the current PAM solution for integration into a next-generation PAM solution.
  • Collaborate with PAM Engineers and Architects to establish PAM standards, guidelines, and best practices for organizational adoption.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop requirements aimed at addressing privileged access challenges.
  • Design, plan, test, and implement PAM projects and solution deployments.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators that assess the success of PAM solutions and technology adoption.
  • Prepare business requirement documents and artifacts necessary for the deployment of PAM solutions, new features, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and prioritize the PAM feature backlog and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of issues and status updates to leadership.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with technology partners both within and outside the department.
  • Engage in regular communication with support teams and end users to gather and present user feedback to leadership.
  • Stay informed about PAM solutions and industry trends.
  • Serve as the lead PAM analyst on project deliverables and scope inclusions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
  • Expertise in PAM solutions and technologies.
  • Experience with Azure or Google cloud-native architectures and Platform Services.
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace new ideas, technologies, and organizational changes.
