Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and play a critical role in the success of our law firm.

Job Summary:

The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, tracking CLE credits, and drafting and revising legal documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to prioritize assignments and tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Track CLE credits earned and schedule CLE courses
  • Draft and revise legal documents
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe
