Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team at JBA International.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the intake process, from initial inquiry to client retention. This includes answering inbound phone calls, performing unbiased screening, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to gather information and assess potential cases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Utilize case management software to track and manage client information
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless execution of retainer packages
  • Obtain necessary documentation from clients, including paystubs and communications

Requirements and Preferences

  • 1 year of experience in intake or a related field
  • Knowledge of Personal Injury Law
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
