Client Service Associate, Prime Brokerage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Prime Brokerage team at Wedbush Securities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless settlement of trades, and maintaining strong relationships with our correspondent clients.
Key Responsibilities- Open and maintain DVP accounts, performing necessary maintenance and troubleshooting as required
- Research and resolve outstanding fails, sending related reports to correspondents and ensuring timely resolution
- Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to ensure client satisfaction
- Review and verify F1SA documentation, unmatched confirms, and contact correspondents to resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with correspondents and contra/brokers to resolve open issues and ensure smooth trade settlement
- Track failed trades for billing purposes and compile monthly CTAS reports to request internal and external action
- Assist in affirming and settling underwriting trades, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1+ year of relevant customer service experience, with a strong preference for securities industry experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 license preferred, but not required
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
