We are seeking a talented and motivated VP of Sales to join our dynamic Growth Department and contribute to our mission of transforming financial services through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OnCorps' sales process focused on large enterprises in Financial Services.
  • Lead sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM oversight.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and with channel partners to acquire new clients.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance and present insights to senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource use to maximize ROI.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-caliber sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in software sales and account management, particularly in early-stage enterprise B2B software companies.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a small sales team.
  • Strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience selling to large financial institutions.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
  • Professional certification in Marketing is a plus.

Skill and Competencies:

  • Ability to work closely with marketing teams and leverage feedback from leads.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and sell complex SaaS products.
  • Experience with channel partners and consultative sales approaches is preferred.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a growing business environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to work long hours at a desk using a PC, video conferencing, and phone.
  • Occasionally lift and move computer equipment if necessary.
  • Capability to work in an office environment and remotely as needed.
  • Up to 20% travel, including overnight trips.
