Job Description:
As our Sales General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive dealership image. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role at a dealership
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and market analysis
