About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Indirect Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a robust partner network within the designated territory.

This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to expand Bosch Rexroth's market presence and ensure sustained growth through effective partner management and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Bosch Rexroth Linear Technologies Business Area Leadership to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined sales and revenue growth targets through indirect and direct channels-to-market
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with current partners and oversee their performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical area such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Prefer 5 years of sales experience in either regional OEM sales or in a Key Market Segment
  • Knowledge of the Linear Technologies (LT) as well as the machine applications encountered within Factory Automation
  • Proven ability to develop customer base and generate sales to accomplish regional goals

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
