You will be working with demanding clients across various sectors, including Energy, Finance, Government, and Consulting, requiring the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main post-sale contact to cultivate strong client advocates and establish trust.
  • Collaboratively define success metrics with clients by addressing their business challenges to optimize product adoption.
  • Develop and implement Engagement Plans that outline the vision for onboarding, strategic adoption, and client retention aligned with their business objectives.
  • Track client health, adoption rates, and renewal statistics.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Rystad Energy's offerings to proactively enhance client engagement and growth.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding, including delivering tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and products.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure timely resolution of clients' technical and analytical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide insights on client engagement focusing on growth and retention.
  • Relay client feedback to internal teams, including Product Management and Client Solutions.
  • Engage in industry events to promote the Rystad Energy brand.
  • Maintain comprehensive client data and interaction records using internal sales tools.
  • Contribute to the overarching vision and strategy of the Client Success team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in enhancing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention is highly valued.
  • Experience with database products or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • A background in Energy and/or Finance is essential.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
