Executive Administrative Assistant

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, seeks an experienced Legal Administrative Coordinator to support its Labor and Employment Practice Group.
This role will provide comprehensive administrative support, leveraging expertise in document processing, secretarial services, and workflow management. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining an in-office presence, working collaboratively as part of an integrated and client-centric work culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tasks efficiently, utilizing software tools like Task Delegation and Workflow Management (BigHand), ensuring timely communication with supervisors and proactive seeking of guidance when necessary.
- Edit and proofread correspondence, reports, and other communications, applying attention to detail and excellent written/verbal skills.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, arrange audio/video conferences, and reserve conference rooms.
- Maintain attorney calendars, update address books, and InterAction entries.
- Process new business intake, related forms, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and monitor through completion, showcasing financial acumen.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, maintain attorney travel profiles, and facilitate printing, scanning, copying, and sending documents.
- Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior law firm experience is essential, with a preference for Litigation practice support.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks, manage confidential information, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and teamwork capabilities, along with strategic thinking and initiative.
- Flexibility to work overtime, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $69,818.00 to $90,674.75 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, Morgan Lewis offers a comprehensive compensation package, including medical, financial, and paid time-off benefits.
