Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and exciting dishes that reflect our restaurant's creative and wood-fired cuisine.
  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior culinary leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of menu development, kitchen operations, and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.
