    • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments to enhance productivity.
  • Contractor and Supplier Management:
    • Engage and supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements.
    • Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Quality Control and Compliance:
    • Implement measures to assure construction meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
    • Address issues promptly to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates to clients, senior management, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing civil and earthwork projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to lead project teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
