About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager to join our team at Psomas. As a key member of our survey operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing survey projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Provide project management, technical oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the successful delivery of survey projects.
  • Staff Management: Manage and mentor a team of surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects effectively.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government agencies, private developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and responding to RFPs and RFQs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible land survey experience, with 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Qualifications: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineer (PE) license, proficiency in industry-standard software and management tools, and familiarity with state and county mapping requirements.
