Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, answering questions and concerns, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and comfort for their pets.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Provide superior customer service in all situations
* Greet and interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person
* Create and manage customer reservations
* Provide facility tours to interested customers
* Maintain accurate files and records
* Handle and walk pets, mostly at check-in / -out
* General upkeep and cleaning of facility in-line with our high standards
* Other duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications:**

* Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
* Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily
* Able to clean pet accommodations / facility to maintain our high standards
* Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
* Ability to stand up to 8 hours
* Operate basic computer software
* Customer Service experience preferred
* Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
