About the Role

Mishimoto is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer general inquiries and provide solutions to customer concerns
  • Support sales by listening to customers' needs and suggesting appropriate products
  • Monitor and respond to industry forums and online reviews
  • Assist with order verification and shipping claims
  • Process warranty claims and resolve customer issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and the automotive industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diffuse frustrated customers
  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
