As a clinical supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, management, and execution of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients, ensuring a safe and cost-effective environment.

Your role will involve supervising the care team and providing essential education and training related to clinical practices, regulatory updates, and reimbursement changes, in addition to orienting new staff members.

Qualifications:
A genuine desire to serve patients and families, coupled with a commitment to providing optimal care.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Current state licensure as a registered nurse.


Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a relevant clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Demonstrated clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience pertinent to the assigned supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:
Reliable transportation.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs while effectively managing the weight of an average adult.
