We are in search of a PRN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to become part of our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the provision of effective, high-quality patient care.
Oversees personnel management and coordination of nursing service operations during the scheduled shift, adhering to the established philosophy, objectives, and policies of the healthcare facility.
The supervisor collaborates with staff and other managers to develop systems and procedures essential for daily operations, providing training, information, and support to address challenges and achieve designated goals.
Essential Skills:
Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
A current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the respective state is required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from an approved vendor are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is advantageous. Experience in critical care is preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an acute care environment is desirable. Previous supervisory experience is also preferred.
CCRN certification is a plus.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical abilities.
Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Proficient in the use of computer and software applications relevant to job functions.
Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
