Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that our members receive an outstanding and consistent experience across all locations within the district.
  • Club Performance: Analyze club Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans with Club Managers.
  • Operational Consistency: Maintain operational consistency across all clubs within the district, including but not limited to:
    • Member Experience
    • Planet Fitness and PF Baseline Fitness brand standards
    • Club Cleanliness
    • Member and HR Policy Implementation
    • Payroll
    • Front Desk Management
    • Facility maintenance and repair
    • Vendor and Inventory
  • Leadership and Development: Responsible for the hiring, coaching, development, reviews, and potential disciplinary actions of Club Managers within the district.
  • Staff Development: Develop and train staff to build a bench for future Club Manager positions.
  • Facility Inspections: Perform monthly club facility inspections and complete Club Manager monthly bonus sheets.
  • Communication: Effectively manage communication with all operations personnel within the district, including consistent communication with Club Managers.
  • PE at PF Coordination: Coordinate and manage District PE at PF, including hiring, training, and weekly planning.
  • Location Operations: Responsible for ensuring 100% operations of all locations within the district, which may require filling in as Club Manager in a situation where a club has no manager or assistant manager.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle all incoming email complaints and mystery shops from district locations.
