Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Conduct regular performance management coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Ensure all stores are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory counts and cash reconciliation to minimize losses
  • Host team meetings to discuss results, upcoming events, and company policies
  • Perform daily store visits to inspect interactions and administer on-the-spot coaching
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail sales experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and executing comprehensive store strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
