Job Title: Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, incident management, and systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex network infrastructure, including INET, SDWAN, MPLS, and Cellular/FCA networks.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills to resolve technology-related issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates to handle technology-related incidents, from minor to major.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in network operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-tier systems, including cloud, mainframe, and various OS/databases/web platforms.
