Job Title: Senior Network Automation Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Automation Solutions Specialist to join our team at Gluware, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with customers to solve complex network automation challenges. Your expertise in network architectures, products, and configurations, including cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and network technologies, will be invaluable in designing solutions to customer challenges utilizing the Gluware platform integrated with third-party solutions such as ITSM, CMDB, IPAM, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Gluware Sales team to gain the technical win in complex network automation sales campaigns.
- Design solutions to customer challenges utilizing the Gluware platform integrated with third-party solutions.
- Perform product demonstrations for Gluware customers and partners.
- Drive effective proof of concept (PoC) engagements with Gluware prospects.
- Deliver custom automations to PoC prospects and existing customers.
- Create and deliver targeted technical sales presentations.
- Collaborate with Gluware Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, and Support teams to promote excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with Gluware Solutions Architect peers to solve unique customer challenges.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise network architectures, products, and configurations, including cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and network technologies.
- 3+ years of customer-facing Presales experience.
- Expertise in CLI configurations, regular expressions, and JavaScript or Python scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Expertise in data modeling using JSON, YANG, YAML, or XML.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
- Familiarity with Linux administration.
- Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms, including AWS, MS Azure, and GCP.
- Working knowledge of industry-leading virtualization and container solutions.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, problem solver ready to work in a growth-stage company.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer programming, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.

Travel:

- Up to 30%.
