Overview
We are currently seeking a Chief Inspector for a significant redevelopment initiative at a major international airport.

Recently, our parent company consolidated experienced professionals from both LiRo and Hill to form a more robust and efficient team to better serve our clients. With a workforce of 1100, we operate across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction inspection for large-scale public agency projects
Qualifications
- NICET IV Certification along with substantial experience in construction inspection
- Experience with public agencies is highly desirable
- Equivalent experience with contractors will also be considered
- Proficient knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
- Capable of maintaining accurate field and office records and performing quantity calculations
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members
- Physical capability to navigate safely around construction sites

- We provide a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment
- Compensation: Minimum: $114,000 Max: $149,000. This range reflects the salary that the Firm believes it is willing to pay for this position.
Exact compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and location.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
