Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction inspection for major public agency projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.


Qualifications
  • NICET IV Certification and proven experience in construction inspection.
  • Experience with public agency projects is highly desirable.
  • Equivalent experience with contractors will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate field and office records and perform quantity computations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
  • Physical capability to navigate safely around construction sites.
