Responsibilities
- Oversee construction inspection for major public agency projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
Qualifications
- NICET IV Certification and proven experience in construction inspection.
- Experience with public agency projects is highly desirable.
- Equivalent experience with contractors will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate field and office records and perform quantity computations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Physical capability to navigate safely around construction sites.

- Compensation: Minimum: $114,000 Max: $149,000. The range provided reflects the firm's good faith belief regarding the salary for this position.
Exact compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and location.
