Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Service Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our field operations by managing branch-related accounts and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to by following all safe work practices and policies.
  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Review and verify corporate card reconciliations for accuracy.
  • Reconcile employee payroll entries daily and manage weekly payroll processes.
  • Prepare reports as required for branch and regional management.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch office.
  • Facilitate the setup and management of vendor relationships.
  • Oversee daily billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Address any billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to corporate operating guidelines and environmental health and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

  • Administrative experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical capability to meet job requirements.

All candidates must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and physical examination as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry is advantageous.
