The successful candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills, with experience in coordinating activities, supporting member relationships, and serving as primary receptionist.

This role involves assisting with budget documentation and tracking, supporting in-person and virtual meetings, and covering event coordination and departmental work.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates activities, supports member relationships, and serves as primary receptionist.
  • Provides full calendar management, including booking travel and reconciling expenses.
  • Covers event coordination, including creating event rosters and managing shipments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience expected.
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in a busy work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, event coordination/facilitation, and administrative services.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500 - $65,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
