Job Summary

An experienced Administrative Assistant III is sought to provide high-level support to senior management, military personnel, and civilian staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and data entry, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Transcribe documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate support services, including visitor access control, phone answering, and office supplies management
  • Interact with senior-level managers, military personnel, and civilian staff to provide administrative support
Requirements
  • Associate degree with a minimum of seven years direct experience as an Administrative Assistant, or a bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or a combination of substantial experience and education in the administrative field
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior-level managers, including high-ranking military and civilian personnel
  • Capacity to coordinate and direct a variety of support services, including managing reproduction equipment, scheduling equipment maintenance, and organizing courier runs
  • Understanding and implementation of approved security practices related to personnel and document control
  • Ensuring efficient operation of conference facilities and overall office operations
