Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration with Equipment Manufacturers: Engage with leading instrument manufacturers to oversee repair processes.
  • Certification of New Instruments: Validate the quality of newly acquired instruments for equipment orders.
  • Inspection upon Receipt: Execute comprehensive inspections and document the condition of instruments upon arrival.
  • Calibration of Instruments: Conduct meticulous calibrations to uphold accuracy standards.
  • ISO-Compliant Calibration Services: Provide ISO-compliant calibration services to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Cross-Training for Workflow Support: Acquire knowledge in various business areas to serve as a backup for multiple teams.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee customer satisfaction by verifying kit contents and fostering a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or 2-4 years of relevant experience with digital gauges and instrument calibration/repair.
  • Proficient in general office skills, computer usage, and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 25 pounds, manual dexterity, and good vision and hearing.
