Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical drawings, manuals, and specifications to diagnose issues with electronic components.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine prototype electronic components.
- Execute detailed procedures to perform functional tests on electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interpret and utilize schematic, assembly, and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Calibrate and adjust electronic devices to meet specified standards.
- Identify and repair electronic equipment at the component level.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using digital multimeters, current probes, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to recognize fundamental electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and diodes while interpreting schematics.
- Skilled in soldering both surface mount and through-hole components.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with three to five years of relevant experience.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered.
