Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration with Manufacturers: Engage with leading instrument manufacturers to manage repair processes effectively.
  • Certification of New Instruments: Validate the quality of newly acquired instruments for equipment procurement.
  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Execute detailed inspections and document the condition of instruments upon arrival.
  • Calibration of Instruments: Conduct meticulous calibrations to uphold accuracy standards.
  • ISO-Accredited Calibration Services: Provide ISO-accredited calibration services to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Cross-Training for Workflow Support: Acquire knowledge in various business areas to serve as a backup for multiple teams.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Verify kit contents and maintain a safe working environment to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or 2-4 years of relevant experience with digital gauges and instrument calibration/repair.
  • Proficient in general office skills, computer applications, and basic mathematical concepts.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 25 pounds, possess manual dexterity, and maintain good vision and hearing.
