We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team at our Wyndham property in Warner Robins. Key Responsibilities- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality operations
- Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, check-cashing, and credit policies
- Ensure front desk staff is dressed appropriately for all shifts and adheres to hotel policies and procedures
- Operate the front desk computer system, including software maintenance, report generation, and analysis
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle VIP guests and special requests
- Review front office log books and guest feedback forms daily
- Manage Expedia and OTA bookings, as well as handle chargebacks
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- At least two years of hotel front desk experience, with at least one year in a managerial capacity
- Knowledge of Synexis and ability to work cohesively with other departments
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work all shifts, with a focus on alternating first and second shifts
- Must live locally and have reliable transportation
