Hotel Operations Manager

Operations Management:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Manage room inventory and pricing strategies.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the hotel's budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Handle billing and financial transactions accurately.
Guest Relations:
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service.
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Implement and oversee hotel policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote the hotel and increase bookings.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to hotel operations.
- Handle correspondence and communication with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
