Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sandpiper Property Management. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and coordinate overnight call activity from various hotels across the nation, ensuring timely responses to guest inquiries.
  • Determine the routing of calls back to on-call attendants at hotels or advise guests of alternative services available.
  • Maintain meticulous records of call activity and follow up on unresolved situations in a timely manner.
  • Qualify guest needs and determine appropriate actionable steps, including routing calls back to hotels or providing alternative solutions.
  • Work closely with regional and senior leadership to address any situations that require escalation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
