Client Intake Coordinator

The Siegel Law Group is experiencing significant growth, and we are in search of a dedicated full-time Client Intake Coordinator to contribute to our success. In this role, you will be the empathetic voice of our firm, managing incoming inquiries from potential clients during their critical moments, assessing and evaluating potential cases, and assisting our attorneys in organizing their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule consultations for potential clients with our attorneys to enhance our caseload and maintain accurate meeting schedules.
2. Evaluate incoming calls from prospective clients to determine if their cases align with our firm's expertise, while ensuring that each caller feels acknowledged and understood.
3. Gather necessary documentation and input data into our case management system to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients and effective case file management.
4. Perform various administrative tasks such as managing spreadsheets, composing emails, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly valued.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy.
3. Proficient in spreadsheet and data management, along with solid computer skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM and case management software is advantageous.
5. A background in the legal field is preferred.
Compensation:
$20 per hour
