Job Title: Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team at Hollander Law Firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our growing caseload and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement outbound sales strategies and partnerships with other law firms to drive new case growth.
  • Screen incoming potential client calls to ensure cases align with our firm's scope, while providing empathetic and informative support to callers.
  • Coordinate appointments for potential clients, ensuring our lawyers' schedules are organized and our caseload continues to grow.
  • Collect and enter client paperwork and data into our case management system, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients and efficient case file management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries as needed.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Conduct thorough client intake interviews, documenting client information accurately.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Collaborate with the team to support client matters and provide administrative assistance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with CRM and case management software is desired.
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and empathy are essential.
  • Previous legal experience is highly valued.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree is desired.
  • Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice intake experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Lead Docket and/or Filevine is a plus; we will provide training.
  • Excellent bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail are a must.
  • Tech savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
