Job Title: Senior Director of Product Management, PlatformsJob Summary

DeepSeas, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead the development and implementation of our core platform applications. This role will be responsible for managing the roadmap and capability development strategy in alignment with the Vice President of Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Managers/Owners and coordinate individual App development in alignment with DeepSeas capability and competency leaders.
  • Implement and operate repeatable technical product development processes in partnership with engineering and competency leaders.
  • Meet frequently with internal and external customers to develop a deep understanding of our business processes and needs.
  • Work directly with strategic vendors to enhance professional service platform capabilities.
  • Work with our engineering and innovation teams to identify and prioritize ongoing technical development efforts.
  • Direct management of the Deep Seas Product Managers ensuring they are productive and supporting the strategic values of Portfolio Management.
  • Support training to sales and service delivery teams on platform applications including value to the customer, how to properly position, and how the service is delivered, supported, and managed through its lifecycle.
  • Support sales activities including responding to RFPs, developing additional presentation material, and assisting with pricing complex opportunities.
