Position: Client Engagement Representative

Reports to: Client Service Manager

Status: Full-Time

Role Summary

The Client Engagement Representative is essential in delivering outstanding service to clients across multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to organizational policies. This role involves suggesting customized financial solutions to cater to the varied requirements of clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with a variety of financial transactions and inquiries
  • Provide insights on new products and services tailored to client needs
  • Meet or surpass service and productivity benchmarks
  • Comply with company policies and procedures consistently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and organizational guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency necessary
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential

Physical Requirements

The Client Engagement Representative should be capable of sitting, using hands, and communicating effectively. Occasional standing and walking may be necessary. Good vision is important, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds may be required.
