Key Responsibilities - Sales Representative:
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the consumer electronics refurbishment market.
  • Communicate effectively with both new and existing clients to address their reverse logistics requirements.
  • Manage contracts related to the purchase and refurbishment of consumer electronics returns, including pricing negotiations.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications - Sales Representative:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer support within the consumer electronics refurbishment or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics refurbishment market is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in contract and pricing negotiation.
  • Experience with reverse logistics and/or refurbishing consumer electronics is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in data entry and sales tools.

This position operates in an office environment.

While performing the duties of this role, candidates may be required to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform various physical activities.
