Position Overview:

As a Marketing Analyst, you will serve as a brand ambassador for CrossCountry, responsible for reaching out to individuals seeking information about their best loan options. You will collaborate closely with Senior Loan Advisors and VPs of Mortgage Banking to explore potential career growth opportunities. We also support your professional development by covering pre-licensing education and providing study materials to facilitate your transition into the Loan Advisor role, where earnings typically range from $50,000 to $100,000. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls through the corporate phone system.
- Collaborate with lending teams to enhance customer service.
- Acquire knowledge of the mortgage sector and effective conversion strategies.
- Assist originators in lead generation by coordinating communication.
- Create personalized customer service experiences for potential clients.
- Classify and differentiate each lead contacted.
- Effectively handle and direct incoming marketing inquiries.
