Job Summary

ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team at the Wildwoods Convention Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome to the facility.
  • Assisting with event setup and teardown, including coordinating with vendors and staff.
  • Monitoring restricted areas and ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
  • Communicating with Public Safety to address any concerns or issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.
  • Working independently to assess situations and respond accordingly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronics.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Working Conditions
