-Position: Cycle Counter for Second Shift
-Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required
-Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus a $1 shift premium
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: Cycle Counting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, General Labor, Line Operation, Forklift Operation, Quality Assurance, Material Handling, Machine Operation, Loading/Unloading, Cherry Picking, Order Picking, Shipping, Outbound Logistics, RF Scanning, WMS, and Reach Truck Operation.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker.
- At least 6 months of experience in Inventory Control, including Cycle Counting, reporting discrepancies, receiving inventory, and monitoring stock levels.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar platforms such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, or SAP is required.

Role Purpose:
To ensure the precise and timely counting of inventory, minimizing errors and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately check and count all products for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring they are undamaged and correctly labeled.
- Verify that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders meet customer specifications.
- Investigate inventory location issues, including discrepancies and errors.
- Address shipping errors and validate product recalls.
- Assist in areas requiring additional lift operator support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
- 6 months of experience in warehousing or material handling is preferred.
