Key Account Business Development Representative

We are a business development and customer acquisition company committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our clients' potential customers. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Representative to join our growing team and support our local expansion efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- To implement sales initiatives within the local community through face-to-face communication with potential customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- To collaborate with the sales team to execute client campaigns that align with and increase sales objectives, ensuring effective campaign execution and timely delivery of results.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients' potential customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- To gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and product development teams to enhance our products and services.
- To continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions.
- Participate in lead generation, customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience), demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Comfortable using client-provided technology to assist with sales, leveraging tools and systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
