Business Development Manager

5M Promotions, a leading firm in the Sarasota area, seeks an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to enhance profitability by supporting the marketing and sales team in understanding consumer needs and developing campaign reports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service, as well as excellent research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail skills.
The successful Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies, and executing business initiatives to increase brand awareness. Key duties include:
- Developing and presenting plans to implement recommended changes
- Establishing new business opportunities and maintaining current relationships with customers to increase customer retention
- Analyzing campaign data and recommending new methods, procedures, or organizational changes to improve customer satisfaction
- Providing leadership, training, and coaching to the marketing team
The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure the marketing and sales team reports are achieving company and client revenue goals. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, complex thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they should have keen time management skills and be able to lead a team effectively.
