Job Summary

Sunset Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center as an Automotive Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a BDC or call center is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive hourly base plus commission pay structure, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Determine customer vehicle service needs through active listening
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to set appointments and provide reminders
  • Learn and follow call and email scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform satisfaction surveys with customers to measure service quality

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a BDC or call center environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong English skills
