Customer Support and Business Development Specialist

At RMG Group, we are a growing business support firm looking to hire an entry-level Customer Support Manager to help us with our newest client in the local area.
Job OverviewWe pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating and optimizing our sales operations to meet client demand and support our dedicated sales team.
Responsibilities- Sales Goal Achievement: Collaborate between departments to implement effective campaign strategies through face-to-face communication with local customers, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize company-provided materials and expertise to present and explain client products and services to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, engage in conversations, build rapport, and listen actively to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communication: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our clients' products or services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong passion for developing a career in the sales and business industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team of entry-level associates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales software tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive informed decision-making.
An estimated salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
