About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing sales opportunities in retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards across assigned territories
  • Maintaining strong relationships with retail customers through effective communication and customer service
  • Ensuring all company products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers
  • Installing point-of-sale materials as directed by the sales team
  • Stocking products on shelves, displays, and cold boxes as necessary to meet customer demand
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail management a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
