About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Consultant to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their home buying needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and other stakeholders to generate sales leads
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, product offerings, and community features to provide expert advice to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs to drive sales and growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
