About the Role

The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales and promoting the Perry Ellis International brand through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and visual standards to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and maintaining a high level of productivity throughout the shift.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store experience, communicating effectively with management and staff.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
