  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage project timelines.
  • Order materials necessary for customer projects and update on delivery timelines.
  • Utilize technology effectively, including Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or client service roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with construction scheduling processes.
  • Knowledge of countertop products is a plus.
